Accessibility statement
If any part of this site or our spa is difficult for you to use, we want to know, and we want to fix it rather than explain it away.
Wellness Origin Spa is committed to making this website and our location at 937 Keystone Way N in Carmel, Indiana usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at level AA. If you encounter a barrier, email support@wellnessorigin.com or call (317) 979-1234 and we will help you directly and work on a fix.
What we are working toward
Our standard for this website is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, level AA. That is the benchmark most organisations use, and it covers things like colour contrast, keyboard navigation, text alternatives for images, clear headings and form labels that make sense to a screen reader.
We are not going to claim perfect conformance. Websites change, content is added, and third party components behave in ways we do not fully control. What we can commit to is testing the site, fixing what we find, and treating a report from a real person as more important than a badge.
Steps taken on this site

- A page structure built on real headings in a logical order.
- Keyboard navigation for links, buttons and form fields.
- Colour combinations chosen for readable contrast.
- Text that resizes without breaking the layout.
- Forms with visible labels rather than placeholder text alone.
- Layouts that work on a phone as well as a desktop.
Third party components
Parts of this site rely on services we do not build, most notably the appointment scheduler and any embedded map. We do not control the accessibility of those components, and we know that a third party booking widget can be a barrier.
That is one of several reasons the front desk will always book an appointment for you by phone. Call (317) 979-1234 during spa hours and a person will handle the entire booking, with no scheduler, no account and no password required. That option is not a lesser route. It is the same appointment book.

Wellness Origin is a single location at 937 Keystone Way N, Carmel, Indiana 46032, with free parking directly outside the entrance.
If you have specific access needs for your visit, please tell us when you book. Knowing in advance lets us choose the right room, allow extra time and make sure the right provider is scheduled. Nobody needs to explain more than they want to.
