Payment options, and spreading the cost
Some things on our menu are an afternoon. Some are a course of sessions that runs into real money. This page is about the second kind, and how to ask about paying for it over time.
Wellness Origin accepts cash, check and major credit cards for in-store purchases, and major credit cards for online purchases. All payments are processed in USD. For larger commitments such as hyperbaric oxygen or laser series, ask the front desk about spreading the cost.
Start with the honest version
A single massage or facial is a straightforward transaction. A twenty or forty session block of hyperbaric time, or a twelve session laser series, is not. Those are the ones people want to talk about paying for over time, and pretending otherwise helps nobody.
Here is what we can say with certainty today. We accept cash, check and major credit cards in the spa, and major credit cards for online purchases. All payments are processed in USD. Series pricing already reduces the cost per session substantially compared with buying one at a time, which is the first and simplest way to make a course of treatment affordable.
Beyond that, ask us. If you want to discuss spreading the cost of a larger package, call (317) 979-1234 or raise it during your consultation, and we will tell you exactly what is available at that moment. We are not going to name a financing company on a web page that we have not confirmed is currently set up, because the last thing anybody needs is to apply somewhere that turns out not to be our provider.

Ways to make a larger course of sessions manageable
- Buy the series rather than singles. This is the biggest lever and it costs nothing to use. Every series on the menu shows the value and the savings against single session pricing.
- Start with one session. For most services you can book a single appointment first and decide about a series afterward. Nobody at this desk will push a package on somebody who has not tried the service.
- Use a first time sale. Several services carry a first time promotional rate, limited to one session per client. It is a low cost way to find out whether a course of treatment is worth committing to.
- Buy a smaller series and re-up. Where a service offers three, six, nine and twelve session options, starting at the lower tier and buying again later is usually possible.
- Use loyalty points. Points earned through the loyalty program come off future services and cost nothing to accumulate.

Before you commit to anything large
Two rules we hold ourselves to. First, no one should buy a large package before a consultation. For hyperbaric, laser and body services that conversation is required anyway, and it is the point at which our team tells you honestly whether a series makes sense for you.
Second, remember that all services purchased expire 1 year from the date of purchase, and that all service transactions are non-refundable. A forty session block is only good value if your year realistically has forty visits in it. If it does not, buy the smaller tier. We will tell you the same thing across the desk.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

What forms of payment do you take?
Cash, check or major credit cards for in-store purchases, and major credit cards for online purchases. All payments through Wellness Origin are processed in USD.
Is a credit card required to book?
Yes. A credit card is required at the time of scheduling services. Our cancellation policy asks for 24 hours notice for a single service and 48 hours for multiple services scheduled on the same day.
What is the cheapest way to do a course of sessions?
Buy the series rather than individual sessions. The per session price drops at each tier, and the savings against single session pricing are published next to every package on the menu.
Can I pay in instalments by splitting a package across visits?
Ask the front desk. What we can say publicly is that smaller series tiers exist for most services, and buying a smaller tier now and another later is usually possible.
Are package purchases refundable if I do not use them?
No. All service transactions are non-refundable, and all services purchased expire 1 year from the date of purchase. Buy the tier you will realistically use inside a year.
