Where we are, honestly
We lost an esthetician and reduced a massage therapist's hours, and the schedule has been tighter than we would like ever since. There is no point dressing that up. We have clients asking for appointments we cannot always fill quickly enough, and we are looking for licensed people to take those hours.

Open roles
Licensed Massage Therapist. Our massage menu covers custom therapeutic, Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, reflexology and lymphatic drainage work in 60 and 90 minute sessions. We are interested in therapists who can genuinely tailor a session rather than run the same hour on everyone, and who are comfortable telling a client what they are feeling and what they would suggest.
Licensed Esthetician. Our skin menu is built around a custom blend approach with organic professional products, plus microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, enzyme peels, radio frequency, high frequency and micro needling work. Experience with organic professional lines is welcome. Training on our specific lines and equipment is provided.

- Someone who wants to stay. We are not looking to fill a chair for a season.
- Comfort with a consultative style. Our clients expect to be asked questions and told the truth about what a service will and will not do.
- Care with an organic product philosophy. This is the whole positioning of the business, not a label on the door.
- Reliability with a schedule. A small spa feels every late arrival and every last minute call off.
- Willingness to say no. If a service is not right for a client, we want you to say so.
