Two memberships, both simple: one service a month at the membership price, plus ten percent off everything on the retail shelf. Set up by phone in about five minutes.
Wellness Origin offers two monthly memberships. The Massage Membership Program is $68 per month and includes one massage service each month at the membership discounted price plus 10% off product purchases. The Facial Custom Blend Membership Program is $84 per month and includes one Facial Custom Blend each month at the membership discounted price plus 10% off product purchases. Both are set up by calling (317) 979-1234. Billing runs on the first of the month, and cancelling requires 30 days notice.
Who a membership is actually for
A membership makes sense for one kind of person: somebody who already knows they want a massage or a facial roughly once a month and keeps not getting around to booking it. The monthly charge turns the intention into a standing arrangement, and the product discount is a real ten percent on a shelf people here shop anyway.
It makes no sense for somebody who comes in twice a year. The terms below are written plainly for that reason. You are charged monthly whether or not you use the service, so if you are not confident you will come in most months, buy a series from the spa menu instead. That is not us talking you out of revenue, it is us not wanting the awkward phone call in month four.

The terms, in our own words from the agreement
- Auto payments. You will be charged each month on the first of the month. This charge will occur monthly, regardless of whether you show up for your monthly service or use the product discount.
- Scheduling. Appointments can be scheduled at our front desk, by phone, or online, per standard scheduling procedure of our spa.
- Cancelling the program. For cancellation, we require a 30 day notice, in order for our spa staff to undergo standard cancelling procedure.
- Cancelling an appointment. Appointments which are cancelled can be rescheduled for another time slot. You will notify Wellness Origin at least 24 hours in advance in the event of an appointment cancellation. We will not honor a refund in the case of a late cancellation.
- Program duration. There is no end date to the program. You are in the program until you choose to remove yourself.
- Not transferable, not combinable. Membership perks cannot be combined with any other offer. You receive one service at the membership discounted price each month, and this service may not roll over to upcoming months. Membership perks cannot be shared with other new or existing clients.
- Refunds. All service transactions are non-refundable. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
The part people miss: the service does not roll over
Read that sixth line again, because it is the one that causes friction everywhere memberships exist. Your membership service is one per month and it does not carry into the next month. Miss March and you do not have two available in April.
The practical answer is to book the next month's appointment while you are standing at the desk paying for this one. Members who do that use every session. Members who wait until the end of the month to look at the calendar are the ones who lose sessions. We would rather tell you that now than let you discover it in the summer.

And, if you can, the following month's as well. That single habit is the difference between a membership that pays for itself and one that does not.
The loyalty program is separate, and free
Membership is not the only way we say thank you for coming back. Every client is automatically part of the Wellness Origin loyalty program, run through Referrizer. Checking in for any service earns points, posting a review earns points, and points convert to money off future services. Referring a friend who completes a first visit earns bonus points.
There is nothing to sign up for. Your membership in the loyalty program begins automatically the next time you check in, and after each visit you get a text with a link to your points balance. Points do not expire. Loyalty discounts apply to future services only, and the program is managed through Referrizer separately from our scheduling system.

What do the two memberships cost?

How do I sign up?

Can I skip a month or roll a service forward?
