Wellness Origin Spa collects the information you give us through website forms, appointment booking, purchases and in-spa intake, and uses it to provide services, take payment, communicate with you about appointments and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information. Text messaging opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties. What we collect
- Information you type into a form. Name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the message field of a contact or booking request form.
- Appointment information. Services booked, dates and times, provider and appointment history, held in our scheduling system.
- Intake and consultation information. What you tell us on an intake form or during a consultation about your skin, your goals and anything relevant to the safety of a service.
- Payment information. Card details are processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
- Text message consent. If you opt in to SMS, we record that consent and your number.
- Loyalty program activity. Check ins, points, referrals and reward redemptions, handled through our loyalty provider.
- Website usage data. Standard analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how you reached the site.
What we use it for
- Booking, confirming, changing and reminding you about appointments.
- Taking payment, applying gift cards and administering memberships.
- Performing services safely, which is why intake information matters.
- Answering questions you send us.
- Sending you offers and spa news if you have opted in, and only until you opt out.
- Running the loyalty program.
- Understanding how the website is used so we can improve it.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your contact details. Any text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not post about you, name you, or use anything you told us in confidence as marketing material.
We do not publish client photographs, quotes or results without asking you first and getting a clear yes.
Who else handles your information
Running a spa means using outside services, and some of them process information on our behalf. That includes our appointment scheduling platform, our payment processors, our email and text messaging providers, our loyalty program provider, and website analytics. Each of them has its own privacy policy and each is used for the specific job described above and nothing else.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Your choices
- Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or ask us and we will remove you.
- Text messages. SMS is opt-in only. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. The opt-out email address published in our terms is support@wellnessoriginindy.com.
- Cookies. Your browser can block or delete cookies. Some parts of the site, including booking, may not work properly if you do.
- Access and deletion. Email support@wellnessorigin.com or call (317) 979-1234 to ask what we hold about you or to ask us to delete it. We will honour that request except where we are required to retain records.
Security, children and changes
Security. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to the people who need it to do their jobs. No website or system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
Children. Users must be at least 13 years old to use this site. For users under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent for use and for any information submission. This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
Governing law. The law of the State of Indiana applies.

Do you sell my information?
No. We do not sell or trade your personal information, and text messaging opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties.
How do I stop receiving texts?
SMS is opt-in only and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. An opt-out email address is published in our terms and conditions.
How do I ask you to delete my information?

Does the booking system have its own privacy policy?
Yes. Appointments are handled through a third party scheduling platform which maintains its own privacy policy and its own account system, which is why booking online requires an account with that platform.
