If you have never been to Wellness Origin before, here is the orientation nobody usually gives you.

Before you come. A credit card is required at the time of scheduling. It holds the appointment and is not charged unless a late cancellation or no show policy applies. If your service is a laser, body contouring or hyperbaric session, you may need a consultation before your first appointment, and the front desk will tell you that when you book rather than at the door.

When you arrive. Come in at least 15 minutes early. That gives you time to park, fill out your intake, use the restroom and sit down for a minute before your provider comes to get you. Late arrivals are accommodated where possible, but your session may be shortened so the guest after you starts on time, and the full price of the service still applies.

What to wear and bring. Wear whatever you are comfortable in. For facials, come with a clean face if you can, and skip heavy makeup. For massage you will undress to your comfort level under the sheet, and you are always draped. For hyperbaric sessions, cotton clothing, no cosmetics or jewelry, and no alcohol or carbonated drinks in the four hours prior. Leave valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Inside the spa. It is quiet on purpose. Phones on silent, voices down, and the space stays calm for everyone in it.

Paying and tipping. We accept cash, check and major credit cards, for both payment and gratuity. A minimum of 15% gratuity is courteous. Gratuity is never automatically added.
