Wellness Origin Spa in Carmel, Indiana offers organic facials, therapeutic massage, laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, IPL photofacial, laser dark spot work, laser lipo, body contouring, hyperbaric oxygen sessions, BEMER, NormaTec lymphatic compression, wellness consulting with ZYTO scans, waxing, lash lifts and brow lamination. It is an Eminence Organics authorized retailer and also operates an organic health food and supplement store.
How is the menu organized?
Most spas sort their menu by room. We sort ours by what you are trying to get done. There are eight categories. Four of them are what people picture when they hear the word spa: facials, massage, waxing, and lashes and brows. The other four are equipment based: laser, body contouring, hyperbaric oxygen and the wellness therapies, which is where BEMER, NormaTec compression and the ZYTO wellness scan live.
You do not have to pick a lane. A common visit here is one relaxing service and one technology service back to back, because both sides are staffed in the same building on the same day. If you are not sure which category your goal belongs in, the front desk will tell you honestly, including when the answer is that we do not offer what you are looking for.
What are the eight service categories?
- Organic facials. Nine treatments including the Facial Custom Blend, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, radio frequency, a custom enzyme peel, hydrating, micro needling, high frequency and the Exosome Facial. From $98.
- Massage therapy. Custom, Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, reflexology and lymphatic drainage. Most are offered at 60 and 90 minutes. From $98.
- Hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Sessions of 60 or 90 minutes in a pressurized chamber, with 3, 10, 20 and 40 session packages published for both lengths. From $187.
- Laser treatments. Laser hair removal priced by area, laser tattoo removal priced by tattoo size, IPL photofacial, the Laser Carbon Peel, laser dark spot work and laser lipo. From $75.
- Body contouring. A combined one hour session of lipo cavitation, radio frequency, cupping and red light on one area of focus, plus EMS body contouring as a separate half hour service. From $125.
- Wellness therapies. BEMER sessions, NormaTec lymphatic compression for legs, hips or arms, and wellness consulting with an Advanced Level ZYTO Wellness Scan. From $47.
- Waxing. Full face, lip and chin, eyebrow, nostril, underarm and fingers or toes, for men and women. From $17.
- Lashes and brows. Lash lifts and brow lamination with shape, both lasting from 6 to 8 weeks. From $98.
What should you expect at the front desk?
Every service is bookable online, and every service is also bookable by phone. The online scheduler asks you to choose an Appointment Type first, which is the step that trips people up, because the sale versions of a service are listed as their own appointment types. If you are booking a promotional price, look for the word Sale in the appointment name.

How do packages and sales actually work?
Single sessions need no account
Every service can be booked and paid for one session at a time. Nothing on the menu requires a commitment up front, and nothing requires a membership to access the standard published price.
Packages open up once you create an account
Package deals and multiple sessions are available after creating an account. Most services publish 3 and 6 session pricing, and laser, contouring and hyperbaric go further with 9, 10, 12, 20 and 40 session options.
First-time promotional pricing is limited
Several services publish a promotional first-time price. Spa Sales are at a limit of 1 session per client, and the laser, hyperbaric and consultation promotions are exclusive to first-time users of that specific service.
Everything expires in one year
All services purchased expire in 1 year from the date of purchase. That applies to package sessions and to gift certificates, so buy the package size you will realistically use inside twelve months.

- 24 hours for a single service, 48 hours for multiple services the same day
- No call, no show
- Charged the total cost of the service scheduled
- Card on file
- A credit card is required at the time of scheduling

- All service transactions are non-refundable, including gift certificates
- Retail returns
- Unopened retail products can be returned within 30 days for account credit. No returns on food products.
- Gratuity
- A minimum of 15% is courteous, in cash, check or card

- Spa Sales are at a limit of 1 session per client

- Massage at $68 per month, Facial Custom Blend at $84 per month, both with 10% off products
Which service should you start with?
If you have never been here, the honest answer is to start with the thing you would enjoy. A 60 minute Swedish or custom massage and the Facial Custom Blend are the two most straightforward introductions, and both are offered at a promotional first-time price. Neither requires a consultation before booking.
If you are coming for something specific, book the consultation instead. Laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, laser lipo and body contouring all begin with a conversation about whether the service suits you, and the laser services are priced by area or by size rather than by time, so a five minute chat saves you from buying the wrong package. Wellness consulting is its own appointment with a clinical nutrition consultant and runs 90 minutes for an initial visit.

Do you offer packages or multiple sessions?
Package deals and multiple sessions are available after creating an account. Most services publish 3 and 6 session pricing, and the laser, body contouring and hyperbaric services extend to 9, 10, 12, 20 and 40 session options. Package prices are published alongside the single session price on each service page, along with the savings on each tier.
How long are services good for after I buy them?
All services purchased expire in 1 year from the date of purchase. That includes package sessions you have not used yet and gift certificates. If you are weighing a 6 session package against a 12 session package, the practical question is how many appointments you will realistically keep inside those twelve months.
Can I book online?
Yes. Booking is done through the scheduler on our booking page: select an Appointment Type, click a date, click Search, then select a day and time. Having trouble booking online? How many sessions per client can I buy at the sale price?
Spa Sales are at a limit of 1 session per client. Several of the promotions, including the laser services, the hyperbaric session and the wellness consultation, are also exclusive to first-time users of that particular service. The hyperbaric promotion additionally allows 1 as a gift to another person.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, gift cards are available and are issued and redeemed in USD. Gift certificates are non-refundable and expire one year from the date of purchase, the same as any other service purchase.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept cash, check or major credit cards for in-store purchases, and major credit cards for online purchases. All payments are processed in USD. A credit card is required at the time of scheduling services. Gratuity is accepted in cash, check or card, and a minimum of 15% is courteous.
