Still not answered?

Questions
Common questions
Do I need an appointment?
For any treatment, yes. Facials, massage, laser services, body contouring, hyperbaric oxygen sessions, waxing, lashes and brows and wellness consulting are all by appointment. The retail floor and the organic health food store are open to walk-in shoppers during business hours with no appointment needed.
What are your hours?
10:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Friday, and 10:00am to 5:00pm Saturday. Sunday is not listed as open.
How early should I arrive for my first visit?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment start time. First visits include an intake form, and that quarter hour covers parking, paperwork and a few minutes to sit down before your provider comes to get you. Arriving on the dot means your treatment time gets eaten by admin.
Where do I park?
Free parking is available on site directly outside the entrance at 937 Keystone Way N. There is no garage, no meter and nothing to validate. If your navigation app puts you somewhere confusing, call (317) 979-1234 and we will talk you in.
What should I wear?
Whatever you are comfortable in. For a facial, come with a clean face where possible and skip heavy makeup. For massage you will undress to your own comfort level under the sheet and you are draped throughout. For hyperbaric oxygen sessions, wear cotton clothing, avoid cosmetics and jewelry, and skip alcohol and carbonated drinks for four hours beforehand. Leave valuables at home, since Wellness Origin is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Is Wellness Origin a medspa?
No. Wellness Origin is an organic day spa. There are no injectables and no invasive procedures here. Every service on the menu is a cosmetic or wellness service, no unapproved substances or regulated devices are used, and nothing offered here is intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any specific disease. Results vary, and these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
What is your cancellation policy?
In our own words from the terms: out of respect and consideration of our other clients and our specialists, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours advanced notification to change or cancel a single service. A 48-hour minimum cancellation is required for multiple services scheduled for the same day. A credit card is required at time of scheduling services. We reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the price of service scheduled for any late cancellations, meaning under the 24-hour minimum prior to appointment. Our policy is designed out of respect to our other guests, as well as compensation to our employees who depend on us to manage their schedules and support their careers with Wellness Origin.
What happens if I do not show up?
No call and no show will result in the total cost of the service scheduled. This is why a credit card is required at the time of scheduling. If something has gone wrong on the day, call us. A phone call before your appointment time is always better than silence.
What if I am running late?
Call us and come anyway. Our policy: late arrivals, your session may be shortened to accommodate clients scheduled following your appointment. Depending upon your arrival time, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start your treatment. Regardless of the length of treatment, you will be responsible for the price of the full service.
Do you need a credit card to book?
Yes. A credit card is required at time of scheduling services. It holds the appointment and is not charged at the time of booking. It exists so that the cancellation and no show policy above can be applied when it needs to be.
Do I have to create an account to book online?
Only if you book through the online scheduler. It runs on Mindbody and there is no guest checkout, so an email address and a password are required before it will confirm a booking. If you would rather skip that, call (317) 979-1234 and the front desk will book it for you with no account at all. Both routes reach the same appointment book.
How much should I tip?
In our own words from the terms: we accept payments and gratuity in cash, check and credit card. A minimum of 15% gratuity is courteous, as our spa practitioners spend additional time and effort to create an environment of maximum relaxation and peace for you. Gratuity is never added automatically.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are available and can be used toward services and products. Gift cards are issued and redeemed in USD and gift certificates are non-refundable. Call (317) 979-1234 or come to the front desk.
How long do packages and purchased services last?
All services purchased expire 1 year from the date of purchase. That applies to single sessions bought in advance, to series and packages, and to services bought as a gift. Buy the package size you will realistically use inside a year.
How does package and series pricing work?
Most services are sold as a single session or as a series of the same service bought together at a lower price per session. Series sizes vary: three and six sessions on most treatments, nine and twelve on several body and laser services, and larger blocks on hyperbaric oxygen. Package deals and multiple sessions are available after creating an account, or by calling the desk. Every price and saving is published on the spa menu.
Do I need a consultation before booking?
For laser services, body contouring and hyperbaric oxygen sessions, yes. Suitability depends on you, and nobody should be sold a series before that conversation. Facials, massage, waxing, lashes and brows can be booked directly. Wellness Origin is a day spa and not a medical clinic, so if you have an ongoing health concern, speak with your own physician first and please disclose anything relevant at your consultation.
Can I get a refund?
No. Cash, check or credit card purchases are non-refundable, all service transactions are non-refundable, and gift certificates are non-refundable. Retail is different: all unopened retail products purchased within 30 days can be returned for a credit to your account to be used at Wellness Origin. No returns or refunds are given for food products. If something has gone wrong with a service, call (317) 979-1234 and ask for an owner.
Is there an age requirement?
Users must be at least 13 years old to use this site, and for users under 18 a parent or legal guardian must provide consent for use and any information submission. For services, some treatments have their own suitability requirements.
