The reason is practical. Each modality does something different to the same patch of skin and tissue, and the combined approach is what the session is built around. It also means the pricing is simple: $125 for the hour, whichever area you choose, with packages down to $102.50 per session at the 12 session tier.
This is a cosmetic service, not a medical procedure. No unapproved substances or regulated devices are used and results may vary. We do not perform liposuction, we do not use injections, and there is no recovery period to plan around.
What are the four modalities in the session?
- Lipo cavitation, or ultrasonic therapy. Low-frequency sound waves are applied to the targeted area. The process uses ultrasonic energy to create vibrations within that area.
- Radio frequency contouring. Radio-frequency energy is applied to the skin, using controlled heat to target skin layers. This is the warm part of the session.
- Cupping. Cups are placed on the skin to create suction, producing a localized change in pressure. It can leave temporary circular marks.
- Red light therapy. Specific wavelengths of red light are applied to the skin. Nothing to feel, nothing to recover from.
How is EMS different?
EMS body contouring is a separate service, and it is a separate idea. Electrical muscle stimulation uses gentle electrical currents to contract muscles. EMS treatments may contribute to muscle toning and improved body contours when combined with a healthy lifestyle. It is a half hour session, non-invasive, comfortable and relaxing.
It suits people who are already training and want something that complements a fitness routine, and people who are curious about muscle toning options without adding another gym session. It is not a replacement for exercise and we will not pretend otherwise. EMS is priced identically to the combined contouring service at $125 for a session, with the same 3, 6, 9 and 12 session package tiers.

Pick one area of focus

The combined hour
Lipo cavitation, radio frequency, cupping and red light are worked through in sequence on that area. The radio frequency portion feels warm. The cupping portion can leave temporary circular marks. Nothing requires downtime afterwards.

No downtime is required. The radio frequency portion feels warm during the session, and the cupping portion can leave temporary circular marks on the skin. People generally go back to their day straight afterwards. If you have an event where marks would be unwelcome, mention it when you book and we will plan the timing around it.
How is this different from laser lipo?
Laser lipo is a separate service on the laser menu. It uses low-level lasers combined with whole body vibration, runs approximately one hour, and is priced at $79 per session with a suggested schedule of 2 to 3 sessions per week. Body contouring is the combined four-modality hour at $125. The front desk can explain which people usually book for which goal.
