Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment start time.

Out of respect and consideration of our other clients and our Specialists, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours advanced notification to change or cancel a single service. A 48-hour minimum cancellation is required for multiple services scheduled for the same day.

A credit card is required at time of scheduling services. We reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the price of service scheduled for any late cancellations (under the 24-hour minimum, prior to appointment). Our policy is designed out of respect to our other guests, as well as compensation to our employees who depend on us to manage their schedules and support their careers with Wellness Origin.

No Call/No Show will result in the total cost of service scheduled.

Late Arrivals: Your session may be shortened to accommodate clients scheduled following your appointment. Depending upon your arrival time, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start your treatment. Regardless of the length of treatment, you will be responsible for the price of the full service.

All payments through Wellness Origin are processed in USD. We accept cash, check or major credit cards for in-store purchases. Online purchases may be conducted using major credit cards. Gift cards are also issued and redeemed in USD.

All services purchased expire in 1 year from the date of purchase.

No Refunds: Cash, check, or credit card purchases are non-refundable. All service transactions are non-refundable. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Bounced Check Fee: $25.00

Spa Sales are at a Limit of 1 session per client.

All unopened retail products purchased within 30 days can be returned for a credit to your account to be used at Wellness Origin. No returns or refunds given for food products. Please call customer service at 317-979-1234 if there are any issues with perishable food purchases.

Please respect our quiet, tranquil environment to ensure the enjoyment and peace of all spa guests.

We accept payments and gratuity in cash, check and credit card. A minimum of 15% gratuity is courteous, as our spa practitioners spend additional time and effort to create an environment of maximum relaxation and peace for you.

Auto Payments. You will be charged each month on the first of the month. This charge will occur monthly, regardless of whether you show up for your monthly service or use the product discount.

Appointment Scheduling. Appointments can be scheduled at our front desk, by phone, or online, per standard scheduling procedure of our Spa.

Cancellation of Program. For cancellation, we require a 30 day notice, in order for our Spa staff to undergo standard cancelling procedure.

Cancelling Appointments. Appointments which are cancelled can be rescheduled for another time slot. You will notify Wellness Origin at least 24 hours in advance in the event of an appointment cancellation. We will not honor a refund in the case of a late cancellation.

Program Duration. There is no end date to the program. You are in the program until you choose to remove yourself.

Membership perks cannot be combined with any other offer. You receive one service at the membership discounted price each month, and this service may not roll over to upcoming months. Membership perks cannot be shared with other new or existing clients.

Wellness Origin ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States. We are currently not shipping internationally or outside the continental US. We endeavor to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt.

We currently do not ship to addresses in California due to state regulatory requirements under Proposition 65.
