Why this page does not have a price on it
Couples massage is one of the most searched spa terms in the Indianapolis area, and it is also one of the easiest to fake. A spa can put the words on a page, take the booking, and work out the logistics later. We are not going to do that.
Here is the honest position. Wellness Origin has five treatment rooms and six published massage styles. What is not currently published anywhere is whether two therapists can be scheduled in one room at the same time, whether a room is set up for two tables, and what such a session would cost. Until that is confirmed by the spa rather than assumed by a website, there is no price on this page and no booking button.

What two people can definitely do here
Separately from the question of one room and two tables, two people can book individual massages in the same time window, subject to therapist and room availability on the day. That is a different thing from a couples massage in the traditional sense, and it should be described accurately rather than sold as the same product.
In practice it means you arrive together, you are treated at the same time in different rooms, and you finish at the same time. From Broad Ripple that is a 15 to 20 minute drive, from Keystone at the Crossing about 10 to 12 minutes, and from downtown Indianapolis around 30 to 35 minutes. Saturday closes at 5:00pm and books first, so a paired booking is easier to arrange on a weekday evening.

Ask the specific question
Not whether they do couples massage, but whether two therapists can work in one room at the same time, or whether the arrangement is two rooms at the same time. Those are different experiences and you should know which one you are buying.
Ask about the date before the price
Availability is the real constraint with five treatment rooms. Weekday evenings up to a 7:00pm close are the easiest. Saturday, which closes at 5:00pm, is the hardest. Occasions and holidays need more notice.
Ask what the cancellation terms are
Multiple services booked on the same day require 48 hours notice to change or cancel, rather than the 24 hours that applies to one service. A credit card is required at the time of scheduling.

Do you offer couples massage?

Can two people book at the same time?
Two individual massages in the same time window can usually be arranged subject to therapist and room availability, which is a different arrangement from two therapists in one room. Call ahead, particularly for a Saturday, since Saturday is the shortest day at 10:00am to 5:00pm and fills first.
What would it cost?
There is no published couples price and we will not invent one. Individual massage pricing is $98 for 60 minutes and $144 for 90 minutes for custom, Swedish and deep tissue. Whatever a paired or couples arrangement costs will be quoted by the front desk on the phone at (317) 979-1234.
Is this a good occasion gift?
Gift cards are available, are issued and redeemed in US dollars, and are non-refundable. All services purchased expire one year from the date of purchase. If the gift is specifically meant to be a shared appointment, call first and confirm what can be booked before buying, so the recipient is not left arranging something that turns out not to exist.
How far is the spa from Indianapolis?
937 Keystone Way N is in Carmel, just north of the Marion County line off Keystone Parkway at 116th Street. From Keystone at the Crossing it is about four miles, roughly 10 to 12 minutes. From Broad Ripple, about seven miles and 15 to 20 minutes. From Monument Circle, about fourteen miles and 30 to 35 minutes.
