Laser dark spot removal targets areas of concentrated pigment on the skin with focused laser energy, leaving the surrounding skin untouched. It is priced by the number of spots: $98 for 1 to 10 spots and $117 for 11 to 20 spots per session, with 3, 6 and 12 session packages available at both tiers.
Preparation, starting four weeks out

This is the instruction people underestimate. It starts weeks before your appointment, not the day before, and it applies to the treatment area specifically.

Every day in the run up, not just on sunny days.

How the treatment works
The laser is aimed at concentrated pigment rather than at skin generally. Energy is absorbed by the pigment in the targeted area while the surrounding skin is left alone, which is the reason this is a spot treatment priced by count rather than a full face resurfacing service priced by area.
Visible change is often noticeable within a small number of sessions, and modern laser equipment means minimal downtime, so most clients return to normal activities straight afterward. Where results last, sun protection is what sustains them. Skin that goes back out unprotected is skin that has not been given a chance.

How long do I need to stay out of the sun beforehand?

Should I have a spot checked by a doctor first?
If a mark is new, changing, or you are unsure about it, yes, and we would say so at consultation too. Wellness Origin is a day spa. We do not diagnose or treat anything. A physician is the right first stop for any skin mark you have questions about.
