What BEMER is
BEMER, or Bio Electro Magnetic Energy Regulation, employs a specific pulsed electromagnetic field delivered through a specialized mat and applicator system. You lie on the mat, the device runs its programme, and the field is generated for the duration of the session. That is the entirety of what happens.

Stay dressed
There is no undressing, no draping and no oil. Come in whatever you are wearing, though comfortable clothing is better for an hour on your back.
Settle on the mat
You lie down on the specialized mat and get comfortable. Applicators may be positioned depending on the programme.
The device runs
The field is generated for the session. Most people notice nothing physical at all.

Rest, sleep or listen to something. This is one of the easiest hours to fall asleep in at the spa.

How it differs from other wellness therapies here
Our wellness therapies menu covers several things that get lumped together and should not be. BEMER uses a mat and applicator system generating a pulsed electromagnetic field. The two are frequently booked together, and the front desk can schedule them back to back.

No. You stay fully clothed for a BEMER session, lying on the specialized mat. Comfortable clothing is worth wearing simply because you are on your back for an hour, but nothing comes off, no oil or product is used and there is nothing to clean off or change out of afterward.
