Exosome Facial
The most expensive treatment on our facial menu, delivered with microneedling, in a series. Here is exactly what you are buying.
The exosome facial is a 60 minute session in which an exosome serum is applied and paired with microneedling so it absorbs more deeply. Expect mild redness for 1 to 2 days. An initial series of 2 to 5 sessions, spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart, is recommended. It is published at $775, or $675 as a first session discount price.

Why it is paired with microneedling
The serum is only half the treatment. Skin is very effective at keeping things out, so a topical application on intact skin reaches a limited depth no matter what is in the bottle. Microneedling creates a controlled pattern of tiny punctures that makes the skin far more receptive for a short window, and the exosome serum is delivered into that window.
That pairing is why the appointment is 60 minutes and why the aftercare mirrors microneedling: mild redness for 1 to 2 days, settling on its own. If you have had microneedling here before, the sensation of the session will be familiar. If you have not, read our micro needling page first, since the experience of the needling portion is the same.
What we will and will not claim
We will tell you what the appointment consists of, how long it takes, how the series is structured and what it costs. We will not tell you what it will do to your skin. Wellness Origin is a day spa, not a medical clinic. We do not diagnose, we do not treat and we do not make outcome claims about any treatment on our menu, including this one.
That matters more here than anywhere else on our facial menu, because exosome treatments are marketed aggressively across the industry with language that ranges from optimistic to indefensible. If you are researching this treatment, you will encounter a great deal of that language elsewhere. Judge it accordingly, and ask any provider making dramatic claims to show you where those claims come from.
We would rather leave this blank than describe a product we have not verified in writing.
What a session looks like
Consultation first
This is a significant purchase and it is delivered as a series. Your esthetician will go through the treatment, the schedule and the aftercare before anything is booked.
Cleanse and prepare
Skin is thoroughly cleansed. Tell your esthetician about any prescription topical or active you use at home.
Microneedling pass
A controlled pattern of tiny punctures across the treatment area, at a depth chosen by your esthetician for the region and for your skin.
Exosome serum applied
Delivered while the skin is at its most receptive, immediately after the needling pass.
The next two days
Mild redness for 1 to 2 days, settling to reveal calm skin. Follow your esthetician's aftercare instructions exactly, particularly on sun protection.
How the series and the pricing work
An initial series of 2 to 5 sessions is recommended, spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart, with maintenance sessions 3 to 12 months thereafter. That means even the shortest recommended course runs across roughly two months and the longest across several. Plan the calendar before you plan the budget.
Two prices are published: $775 for a single session and $675 as a first session discount price. No multi session package is published for this treatment. All services purchased at Wellness Origin expire one year from the date of purchase and service purchases are non refundable.
If the cost is the obstacle, say so at your consultation. Microneedling on its own is published at $172 a session with packages at $436 and $842, and it is a legitimate treatment in its own right rather than a consolation prize.

Questions
Common questions
What is an exosome facial?
It is a 60 minute treatment in which an exosome serum is applied and paired with microneedling so it absorbs more deeply than a topical application on intact skin would. At Wellness Origin it is published at $775, or $675 as a first session discount price, and is recommended as a series rather than a single appointment.
Why is it paired with microneedling?
Because absorption is the constraint. Intact skin limits how far anything applied to the surface can reach. Microneedling creates a controlled pattern of tiny punctures that leaves the skin much more receptive for a short period, and the serum is delivered into that window. The needling portion is what produces the 1 to 2 days of mild redness.
How many sessions are recommended?
An initial series of 2 to 5 sessions spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart, followed by maintenance sessions 3 to 12 months thereafter. Your esthetician sets the specific number at your consultation. No multi session package is published for this treatment, so each session is booked at the published rate.
What is the downtime?
Mild redness for 1 to 2 days, which settles on its own. It mirrors microneedling aftercare because the needling pass is part of the treatment. Follow your esthetician's specific instructions, particularly around sun protection and leaving strong actives alone while the skin settles.
What exactly is in the serum?
We will not publish product details we have not verified in writing. Ask at your consultation and our esthetician will tell you exactly what is used before you commit to anything.
Is the first session discount available to everyone?
The published first session discount price is $675 against a standard $775. Confirm eligibility with the front desk when you book, since our promotional terms elsewhere on the menu are commonly limited to first time users of a service and to one per client.
